Etsy's New Tax Rate Setting; Is Your Shop Ready?

Recently, Etsy notified  shop owners that it was implementing a new Tax Rate Setting. This new feature would allow shop owners to set state specific tax rates. On a customer purchase, the sales tax would be calculated and added to the shopping cart total.
